Homes built by Pulte starting around $90,000 can be found in Arroyo Ridge, Silver Moon, and Sunset Vista II and at Continental Ranch. These homes offer anywhere from 1120 to 1946 square feet of living space, 2-4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a 2 car garage.
In Vistoso Heights, Horizons at Rancho Vistoso, Reflections at the Bluffs, and Marabella II at Continental Ranch, you will find Pulte models starting around $120,000 and up. These offer up to 3210 square feet of living space, an additional bathroom, a half bathroom, and in some cases a 3 car instead of a 2 car garage.
